1. Who we are
MOMO Works G.K., Representative Partner ミン キョンフン

2. Information we store
- Sign-in: the email address and name of your Google account.
- Connections: for each connected platform account, its ID, username and display name, and the access and refresh tokens the platform issued. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Drafts: images and videos prepared by you or your tools, with their title, description, link and other text, while they wait for your review.
- Activity log: who connected or disconnected which account, and what was published, and when.
- Keys for your tools: we keep only a hash of each key, never the key itself.
- Technical logs: Google Cloud keeps request logs (IP address, browser type) to protect the service against abuse.
3. Information we read but do not store
The following is read from the platforms only when you, or your own tools, ask for it. It is shown on screen or passed straight to your own system (for example your Google Cloud project) and is not stored on our servers.
- Pinterest: boards, pins, and account and pin analytics (impressions, saves, clicks and similar).
- TikTok: profile information (name, follower count and similar), your public videos and their view, like, comment and share counts, and the posting options TikTok allows your account (such as the privacy levels).
- TikTok Shop: shop, order, product, inventory, return, package and settlement data. Orders can include buyers' personal information; we handle it only on the client's behalf, to pass it to the client's own system.
4. How we use information
Only to run the App (connecting accounts, letting you review and publish posts, passing data to your own tools), to verify who you are, to prevent misuse, and to answer your questions. We never use it for advertising, never sell it, never use it to train AI models, and never combine one client's data with another's.
