Dahlia Connect is the app that Dahlia AI's clients (online shops in Japan) use to connect their own Pinterest, TikTok and TikTok Shop accounts to the reporting and posting tools Dahlia AI builds for them. It is operated by MOMO Works G.K., Tokyo.

These platforms open their APIs only to reviewed apps, so instead of each shop registering its own developer app, Dahlia Connect is one reviewed app: a client signs in with their own account and approves access on the platform's own consent screen.

What it does

Pinterest

• Pins prepared by the client's tools, or made in the app, wait for review. The user opens each one, picks the board, edits the text and presses Publish. No pin is published without that step.
• The connected account's own impressions, saves and outbound clicks go to the client's own dashboard.

Scopes: boards:read (choose the board to publish to), pins:write (publish the pins the user approved), pins:read (show recent pins and each pin's metrics), user_accounts:read (show the connected account and its analytics)

TikTok

• To post a video, the user chooses who can see it (no default), whether to allow comments, Duet and Stitch, and whether to disclose branded or promotional content, after watching a preview. Nothing is uploaded before the user presses Post.
• Or the video goes to the user's TikTok inbox as a draft, to finish in the TikTok app.
• The user's own videos' views, likes, comments and shares, and the follower count, go to the client's own dashboard.

Scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats (show the connected account and its follower count), video.list (report the user's own videos' counts), video.publish (Direct Post from the composer), video.upload (send a draft to the TikTok inbox)

TikTok Shop

• Orders, products, inventory, returns, packages and settlements flow into the shop's own sales reports.
• Read-only by default. Inventory updates are switched on only when the client's contract includes inventory sync and the client asks for it.

How it works

1. Dahlia AI creates a workspace for the client and adds the people who may use it.
2. They sign in at connect.dahlia-ai.jp with Google.
3. They press Connect and approve access on Pinterest's, TikTok's or TikTok Shop's own screen.
4. They open each waiting pin or video, choose the settings and publish.
5. Disconnect is always one click away and deletes the tokens we hold at once.

Data

• We store only the access tokens (encrypted), the connected account's name and ID, and a log of who did what.
• Analytics and order data are not stored by us: they pass straight to the client's own system (the client's Google Cloud).
• Images and videos waiting for review are deleted when they are published or declined, and after 30 days at the latest.
• We never sell data, use it for advertising or to train AI models, or combine one client's data with another's.
